These Terms and Conditions terms govern your access to and use of our travel services, whether you’re booking a single trip, a package, or a custom itinerary. By confirming a booking and availing of our services, you (“Traveler”) agree to these Terms, which establish a legally binding agreement between you and Zylotrips (hereafter referred to as the “Travel Company”). Please read these Terms carefully and contact us if you have any questions.

This website is published and maintained by Zylotrips, a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the applicable laws. This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which Zylotrips provides the information on this website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. The users availing services from Zylotrips shall be a natural or legal person and deemed to have read, understood, and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of the agreement, which alone shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such service by Zylotrips for all purposes and shall be binding on the user. All rights and liabilities of the user with respect to any services to be provided by Zylotrips shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not continue to use or access this site or order any services.

  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By booking, confirming, or participating in any travel services offered by the Travel Company, the Traveler acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Traveler also confirms they have been provided an opportunity to seek independent advice, if necessary, before confirming their acceptance.

  2. YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

    • Traveling with Us: Traveling with us is at your own risk. You are responsible for your safety and ensuring that you follow all instructions provided during the trip. Zylotrips prioritizes your comfort and safety but cannot provide individual supervision or assurances.

    • Account Creation and Eligibility: To use Zylotrips’ services, users must be at least 18 years old. Minors (under 18 years of age) are allowed to travel with Zylotrips only if they have explicit consent from their parent(s) or legal guardian(s). The guardian must ensure compliance with these Terms on behalf of the minor. Zylotrips reserves the right to request proof of consent for minors before confirming bookings.

    • Know What You’re Signing Up For: Before booking a trip, thoroughly review the trip details, including the itinerary, destinations, and activities involved. Ensure that the trip aligns with your expectations and abilities.
    • Watch Your Belongings: Travelers are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip. Zylotrips is not liable for lost or stolen items.

    • Health Check: Consult a doctor before participating in any trip to ensure you are physically fit. Familiarize yourself with potential health risks, such as altitude sickness if applicable.

    • Special Needs: Notify Zylotrips during booking about any special requirements. While efforts will be made to accommodate such needs, certain limitations may apply.

    • No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited on Zylotrips’ air-conditioned buses and must comply with local regulations at all stops.

    • Third-Party Services: While Zylotrips strives to provide the best experiences, it does not own or manage restaurants, hotels, or other third-party services. Any shortcomings in such services are beyond Zylotrips’ liability.

    • Prohibited Items: Travelers must not carry illegal items or substances. Any contraband found may result in termination of participation in the trip and further legal consequences.

    • Safety Measures: If Zylotrips deems it unsafe for a traveler to continue the trip, alternative arrangements will be made. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

    • Substance Use: Drug use before or during the trip are strictly prohibited. Violation will lead to immediate removal from the tour.

    • Right to Refuse: Zylotrips reserves the right to refuse service or remove any traveler whose behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful to the group’s safety or enjoyment. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

  3. Indemnity and Limitation of Liability

    • Indemnity: The Traveler hereby agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Travel Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

      • Any act, omission, negligence, or misconduct by the Traveler during the course of the trip.
      • Any violation or breach of applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights committed by the Traveler.
      • Any inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Traveler that leads to disruption, inconvenience, or liability for the Travel Company.

    • Limitation of Liability: The Travel Company shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or expense incurred by the Traveler arising from:
      • Services provided by third-party vendors, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and local guides, as the Travel Company acts solely as an intermediary in facilitating such arrangements.
      • Any financial or other losses resulting from unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, governmental restrictions, strikes, or civil unrest.\
      • The Traveler’s failure to comply with instructions, safety protocols, or other guidelines provided by the Travel Company or its representatives.
  1. TRAVEL INSURANCE: The Travel Company shall not be held responsible for any losses or damages resulting from the Traveler’s failure to obtain adequate insurance.

  2. ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS AND SERVICE CHANGES

    • The Travel Company reserves the right to modify itineraries or services if necessary to ensure the safety, security, or comfort of Travelers.

    • Any such modifications will be communicated promptly, and reasonable alternatives will be provided wherever possible.

  3. MEDICAL EMERGENCIES AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

    • The Traveler is responsible for all medical costs incurred during the trip, including those arising from accidents, illnesses, or other health emergencies.

    • It is the Traveler’s responsibility to ensure they meet all health and fitness requirements for the trip, including vaccinations and medical clearances.

  4. Traveler Responsibilities

    • Obligations of the Traveler: The Traveler acknowledges and agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities during the course of the trip:
      • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and statutory requirements of the destination country or region.
      • Observe and respect local cultural norms, traditions, and environmental standards to ensure responsible and ethical conduct.
      • Possess and carry all necessary and valid travel documents required for the trip, including but not limited to passports, visas, permits, and any other documentation mandated by governmental authorities.

    • Responsibility for Documentation: The Traveler shall bear full responsibility for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and validity of their travel documents. Any disruption, delay, denial of entry, or other consequences arising from incomplete, expired, or invalid documentation shall be the sole liability of the Traveler. The Travel Company disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for such disruptions or their resulting effects.

    • Non-Compliance: Failure by the Traveler to comply with the responsibilities outlined herein may result in immediate termination of services or removal from the trip at the discretion of the Travel Company. The Traveler acknowledges that in such circumstances, no refunds or compensation will be provided, and any additional costs incurred as a result of non-compliance shall be borne exclusively by the Traveler.

    • By participating in any travel services provided by the Travel Company, the Traveler grants Zylotrips the irrevocable right to capture and use photos, videos, or other media taken during the trip for marketing, promotional, and advertising purposes. This includes but is not limited to social media platforms, website content, and brochures. The Traveler acknowledges that no compensation will be provided for the use of such media. If the Traveler has any objections, they must notify Zylotrips in writing before the commencement of the trip.

  5. FORCE MAJEURE

    • The Travel Company shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including but not limited to:
      • Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, etc.).
      • Political instability or war.
      • Public health emergencies or pandemics.
      • Strikes, lockouts, or other industrial actions.
  1. ADDITIONAL COSTS AND CHARGES

    • Any additional costs arising from changes, delays, or cancellations initiated by the Traveler are the sole responsibility of the Traveler.

    • Costs may include, but are not limited to:
      • Additional accommodations.
      • Alternative transportation arrangements.
      • Administrative fees.

    • The information, services, and content provided by Zylotrips are for general informational purposes only and are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zylotrips does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information available on this website or through its services.

    • To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zylotrips disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Traveler acknowledges and agrees that their use of Zylotrips’ services is at their own risk. Zylotrips shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of its services, inability to use its services, or reliance on any information provided.

  2. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

    • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

  3. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS: The Travel Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and it is the Traveler’s responsibility to review them periodically.

  4. FINAL AGREEMENT: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Traveler and the Travel Company and supersede any prior communications or understandings, whether written or verbal.
